Persuasion for Sex Appeal and Arousal

Using Persuasion Techniques to improve the Sex Appeal level of your Romance novel characters, is not only fairly simple, it’s effective and invisible to the flow of your writing and the rest of the storyline. The focus, is the reader. Your characters can look and read sexy with their moans and sighs, but it’s only sexy if the reader screams for real.

While everyone appears to have use for these gems, lately, it surprises me that Fiction writers don’t show more interest in Persuasion Techniques. Perhaps it is my pragmatic minimalist frame of mind which draws me to high volume, low cost techniques. Continue reading “Persuasion for Sex Appeal and Arousal”

Appeal to Fear

The combination of a measured Appeal to Fear  in combination or tandem with the But You Are Free (BYAF), tool (also known as the Evocation Of Freedom to Compliance) is currently in the top three persuasion tactics currently understood.

Let’s say that we show that:

The Rule of Metaphor

Philosophical discourse is itself just one discourse among others, and its claim to truth excludes it from the sphere of power.

Philosophy was never in a position either to destroy rhetoric or to absorb it. Philosophy did not create the arenas – tribunal, political assembly, public contest – in which oratory holds sway, nor can philosophy undertake to suppress them. Philosophical discourse is itself just one discourse among others, and its claim to truth excludes it from the sphere of power. Thus, if it uses just the means that are properly its own, philosophy cannot break the ties between discourse and power.

Eloquence

If you wish to improve your conversation skills, to wield greater wit, and eloquence, then put down the word of the day calendar, lose the books of trivia and custom and master the art of being silent at the perfect moment.

If you wish to improve your conversation skills, to wield greater wit, and eloquence, then put down the word of the day calendar, lose the books of trivia and custom and master the art of being silent at the perfect moment. Because what electrifies us is the energy cascading between minds when observations are built on, not overturned. Wit and eloquence do not engage in monologues, but rather precise insights illuminating others.
